    • Username in the right panel
    • App data (usually hidden)

    1. Rename the “Normal.dotm” file to the “Normal.old”:

Rename the file, and after doing so, hide the files, folders, and drives you unhid by going through View>Option>View.

    1. A version of your Word application folder can be 15.0, 14,0, 12.0, or 11.0.

And single click on the Word file folder name.

    1. Press the delete key and click on yes to confirm the delete.
